• Loss Mitigation Analysis –Contact delinquent homeowners to ascertain their willingness to market their property.  We will complete all required paperwork (Hardship Package) and then list and sell the property.
• Pre-foreclosure Workouts – Counsel distressed borrowers advising them of the alternatives to foreclosure, such as modifications, deeds-in-lieu and refinancing.
• Property Valuations (BPOs) – Complete a full Broker’s Price Opinion with color photograph(s) as per your requirements.  The BPO will include estimates for repair work and valuations of an "as is" and a "repaired" sales scenario.  You will be advised of any visible code violations.
• Inspections and Status Reports – Inspect the property, determine occupancy status and re-key, if vacant.
• Monitor Eviction Process – Work with your attorney to complete a timely eviction.  We will monitor the property weekly until eviction is completed.
• Ongoing Troubleshooting – Assist in resolving all property-related issues
